You may place a request for a quote online by including items in Your List and submitting. Once we receive your request, we confirm that everything is available for your selected date and contact you if further information is required. Finally, we will send you an invoice and contract for you to review. The contract must be signed and a 50% deposit made in order to reserve your items.
Party Over Here will make a full refund on rental items if we are notified by phone or email 72 hours prior to the agreed delivery date and time. Orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to restocking fees, and orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the delivery date will not receive a refund.
Party Over Here accepts all major credit cards, check, direct deposit or Zelle. Full payment of your order is due 3 days before the delivery date.
Yes, you may make additions and modifications up to 72 hours before delivery. You can contact us by phone or email to make these changes. If the items are available, we will accommodate requests for increased quantities.

Yes, Party Over Here has the ability to provide staff to set up and take down items. The fee for this service is not included in the published list price of rental items on our website. These arrangements MUST be made in advance of delivery and pickup. Our tents and dancefloors are the only items were set up is included in the price.
Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from weather. Tables and chairs should be broken-down and stacked ready for pickup. All china, silver, glassware, etc. should be rinsed food-free and repacked in the same containers in which they were received. Linens should be refuse-free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Laundry bags are provided with linen orders; please return them in those bags.
The pickup staff will count the rental items on-site at your request to verify you are returning everything. We do charge for missing items. If you find any rental items after the pickup is complete, please return them to our office and we will credit your account.
